All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from any visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE THREATENING Congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth.
A licenced veterinarian must examine your puppy within 2 days of the purchase to validate this guarantee, if there is a problem our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be given. Their will be no Cash refunds. If you fail to have your puppy checked by a licenced veterinarian within the 2 days of purchase, we, the seller, assumes no further responsibility. Buyer agrees to keep shots and worming schedules up to date - Failure to do so can be fatal to your puppy.
Puppies are at risk to Coccidia and kennel cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and on its own is not life threatening. **** we have all our pups stool checked before leaving so the puppies will be clear of this.
We must be notified at once at the onset of a problem. With a report from the veterinarian if the puppy is to have a LIFE THREATENING Congenital defect within 1 year of birth and is returned to us. If the pup is not returned within 48 hours it is to be considered that the owner wishes to keep the ill dog and the breeder will be free of any further health warranty. This guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.
There are Short term conditions such as hook worm, round worm, Coccidia, Giardia etc.. cherry eye.. Small scratches or bites from other pups that are not covered. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors and some of which are common in English bulldogs like allergies, thyroid, dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other Immune disorders that are not covered in this guarantee
All medical vet bills are responsibility of the new owners and Puddles Palace bulldogs is not responsible. Please do not take your puppy out in public places unless absolutely necessary until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by any veterinarian) this ensures immunity against diseases.
Picking up a bulldog by their front paws or legs or rough pulling on their legs can easily cause dislocation of the puppies hips or legs, So please be careful when your puppy is around children, Always supervise children with dogs of any age or breed for theirs and the puppies safety.
The Puppy is warranted for only being a family pet. This contract is only valid between the original buyer and is not transferable. If for any reason you Cannot Keep your new puppy, Allergies, Etc... Puddles Palace is to be notified immediately so we can start to look for a suitable new home.
